Firehouse Towing provides secure, reliable vehicle impound services in Northeastern Oklahoma. We work with law enforcement, property owners, and individuals to safely store and manage impounded vehicles with professionalism, fast service, and 24/7 availability.
Important Requirements

A minimum of one (1) hour notice is required prior to arrival

Vehicles cannot be released if there is a law enforcement hold

All documents must be valid and not expired

Only cash is accepted for all impound releases
Recovering Your Impounded Vehicle
Assuming law enforcement has no holds on your vehicle, you will need to bring:
One Acceptable Proof of Ownership

Title registered in owner’s name
-
Title properly signed by the seller, dated, and notarized (if required), with buyer’s name completed

A non-expired Oklahoma, out-of-state, or Tribal title or registration
-
Tag agency printout showing you as the registered owner
-
Verification from originating law enforcement agency
If you do not have proof of ownership, you must obtain a copy from your local tag agency.
Access to the vehicle will NOT be allowed without proper documentation.
One Acceptable Proof of Identification

State or federally issued photo identification
One Acceptable Proof of Insurance

Valid insurance verification form with the VIN listed

Valid insurance policy with the VIN listed

Valid affidavit of non-use (vehicle cannot be driven from facility)
Proof of insurance does not have to be in the owner’s name
Digital or electronic verification is accepted
Authorized Vehicle Release
Owner Pickup
Vehicle will be released to the registered owner with proper documentation listed above.
Lienholder Release
Lienholders must provide:

Proof of lienholder status (title or tag agency printout)

Hold harmless affidavit

Authorization letter including year, make, model, and VIN

Proof of insurance or affidavit of non-use
Insurance Company Release
Insurance companies or their representatives must provide:

Authorization letter from the insurer

Hold harmless documentation
-
Vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN)
Non-Owner Pickup
If someone other than the owner is picking up the vehicle, they must provide:

A notarized Power of Attorney from the owner

All required documents listed above
Personal Property Retrieval
Personal property may be retrieved without releasing the vehicle by providing:

Proof of ownership

Valid identification
(Excludes vehicle keys, installed equipment, spare tire, and tools)
